Very nice stay

Nice, quiet, clean facility, staff was helpful

The beds and rooms were new and freshly updated. The blackout window treatments in the rooms were a nice touch too. Elevators were so slow and only had one. Breakfast was nothing to get excited about. Nice coffee machines helped out.

Elevator was super slow

Limited amount of parking, due to the large trucks and large work trucks parked at the property. There should be separated parking for larger trucks a d work trucks, from regular vehicles.

The fact that the elevator and the ac wasn’t working

Everything Carpets could stand to be steam cleaned.

Great friendly customer service. Carpets could stand to be steam cleaned but other than that everything else was fine.

This was our best hotel of our entire vacation. ADA room was huge. Breakfast was outstanding. Staff extremely courteous.

The size of the king suite was perfect for us not having to share televisions our programming taste are different. The television in the bedroom would without the picture showing and the bathroom shower light was not functioning properly.

Staff were polite. Close enough to walk to several restaurants. Rooms were clean and had very good lighting and charging outlets.

Noise in late evening

The property was fine It wasn’t clean the bathroom, there were hair, and a dirty towel

There was poop in the pool , they got it out and said that's the only way they clean it. We got trapped in the elevator and their response is ya it happens off and on . The keys had to be redone each day even tho we had a week booked . The breakfast was great the people were nice . The pool and work out room are in a separate building which they had no towels and didn't looked like they get cleaned often (poop in the pool

All was good. The toilet could be taller! I felt like I was on the floor and I am only 5’3

breakfast was ok.. cooking staff a male seemingly of Asian descent was extremely rude. Telling us we could only get one pancake while others weren't limited. However The front Desk staff was absolutely amazing William B. was very inviting, welcoming,eager to help,and catered to each customer with respect.
