**Room 1: The bathroom was in unsanitary condition, with pieces of the shower lying on the floor **Room 2: A strong, unpleasant odor hit me immediately upon opening the door, making the room unusable. **Room 3: Although initially more acceptable, I discovered a dirty towel when preparing to shower, indicating a clear failure in housekeeping standards I was scheduled to stay for an entire week for a business trip, but the conditions made it impossible to remain on the property. It was not feasible or reasonable to expect a guest to stay in such conditions for the duration of a week-long stay. Despite the severity of these issues, **I did not receive a refund**, and I have been unable to reach either the General Manager or Assistant General Manager. The contact number provided was non‑functional — it simply repeated. This experience reflects significant failures in quality control, housekeeping, oversight and quest support. I expect management to take responsibility for these issues and ensure corrective action is taken to prevent future guest from experiencing similar problems.

Plenty of parking. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Nearby to many stores and restaurants.

Exceptional

We complained the next day and they came up with the excuse about housekeeping. They should have relayed that information over to us instead of saying ok and just not bringing anything to our room. I’d recommend more training for front staff.

The breakfast was decent. Although the milk was bad. The whole milk was curdled and the chocolate was getting there, despite having good “best by dates”.

The hotel is new and in an excellent location opposite Costco and a shopping mall! The room was so clean and the full size kitchen so useful. It was a 10 min drive to Fresno state university. I will stay here again!

Great gym, nice staff, nice rooms

Parking was covered with solar panels, which was nice to protect from the desert sun. Breakfast was wonderful. Pool and amenities were great. Excellent location right next to target and costco/costco gas. Highly recommend this for proximity to national parks while balancing ease if traveling with kids.
