As we booked room with Kitchen, we expect a kitchen to have pots and pans, plate, etc it had none, meaning we could not use the hob, in fact we were coned we pay more for a kitchen that was unusable. So do not book it a con. There are better out there, furthermore the manger and staff do not care, and claim the reason is because people steal the pots and pans !!! I do not believe that who would after a 100$ deposit no used pots and pans are worth that. or any other used items that may be there!!! because of claimed stealing it did have anything. Also room is showing it age, do not book.

Good location. Food, drinks, shopping and gym within easy walking distance. This is my go-to place to stay when I visit Clovis

While the outward appearance looks like it could be run down the room was incredibly clean and recently updated. The AC was amazing. Beds were comfortable. I had my daughter and we felt safe inside. I’m not big on hanging outside with my kids out of town so I couldn’t speak to that. But we had a great night after our concert. I’ll be back next concert!

Excellent room presentation

this place is a great motel, has a stove, microwave, and a fridge and freezer. The rooms are very good size and very well-maintained. I even liked how wide the parking spaces were so you didn’t have to worry about door dings. We were there for a concert and it’s just about a 10 minute Uber ride to Savemart center. There’s also a nice Mexican restaurant and breakfast place within a quick five minute walk. I definitely would recommend this motel for the price and cleanliness.

Rooms are large, clean and rooms comfortable. This is an old hotel, and chairs are worn. We have stayed here 4 or 5 times. It’s a good value, and they keep the rooms clean. We have had problems with the tv reception on 2 visits. One time it could not be fixed so limited reception.

Room was clean and comfortable for the most part and conveniently located near Fresno airport. Staff was polite during check in and stated pool was open until 11:00 pm if we wanted to use it, however when arrived to the pool area there was a sign stating pool was temporarily closed for cleaning but there was no staff nearby cleaning anything. Our room was equipped with a kitchen, however, no pots, pans, dish ware or silverware was provided in the room making the kitchen unusable. We also awoke to several beetle type bugs all over the floor. There was also a large crack in the flooring making it unsafe. Overall it’s a decent place to stay for the price but nothing spectacular.

I like how quiet and clean things are. The staff is very helpful, as well.

The staffs were very friendly & helpful. Affordable and good for the price. The A/C took forever to cool down the room though.
