Don't go there Worst experience ever They overbooked the hotel, even after having confirmed my reservation with them (without paying any amount before arrival of course!!) they threw us in a pilgrim room in front of the Church, a place I would say is ABSOLUTELY not for bookings normally. Awful behavior of the staff and the manager, condescending tone and no empathy for people who traveled 5 hours to have a shitty room, not the one they booked. Never go there in touristic season.

The hotel was really good and clean. The best was the night staff who was in the reception. He helped us a lot and he was very friendly too. The room was clean and silent. The hotel is in a bit of a height and there was construction going on.

Location is too good...I stayed in the dormitory which able to accomodate 10 members but only one bathroom is available inside. Common bathrooms are there. Since that is for all rooms it is quite difficult to use restrooms due to we are 6 members. But comfort of stay is too good. So worth of stay and also it is located in the munnar town.

The location is very good - close to everything and also far from the noise. The room is clean, has hot water. However I think it might get a bit cold in the room during colder months, however blankets were provided.

location great! very central- easy walk down steps and you’re in the centre of town only one towel No hot water bathroom smelt of wee no toilet paper Staff were a bit weird… had to pay at hotel rather than through booking.com, had to pay cash. guy asked us for additional money. next day we walked into hotel to go get on our room, woman snapped “where are you going?” I told her we were guests and she never spoke to us again
