* Excellent location close to Kochi International Airport. * Complimentary airport shuttle is available (just call after exiting the terminal and wait about 10–15 minutes). * Friendly, cooperative, and smiling staff. * The rooms do not match the promotional photos and are quite standard. * Breakfast has a limited selection. * The hotel is overpriced compared to other nearby options that offer better value.

They were good rooms, cooperative & understanding staffs who went beyond for meeting customer’s needs. Proximity to the airport & complimentary airport shuttle was so helpful. Nothing to dislike. Its value for money!

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The best part was definitely the people — everyone who assisted us during our trip was incredibly kind, welcoming, and caring. The reception team on both May 16 and May 17 was especially lovely and made us feel very comfortable from the moment we arrived. The hotel was clean, quiet, and perfect for a good night’s sleep. We also enjoyed the food very much, and the spa was absolutely wonderful. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Honestly, we had a very pleasant stay and did not experience any major issues during our visit.

This hotel has good value for money which is one reason I often choose this hotel. The other reasons are location very near the airport and free shuttle service to the airport. The restaurant is nice. Staff always very friendly and helpful. Easy and convenient stay when arriving or leaving Kochi.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was neat, comfortable, and nicely set up, which made it feel very welcoming from the moment I walked in. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully arranged, so it was easy to relax and feel at home. The facilities were great and had everything I needed, which made the stay smooth and hassle-free. What I loved most was the calm and peaceful environment - it was quiet, soothing, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. The food was also really good. It tasted fresh, was nicely prepared, and you could tell care had gone into making it. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I’d happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay. N.A

Friendly staff, especially bellhop Shamil and front desk. Excellent free transport to and from the airport. Good breakfast. Thank you for the upgrade on my second stay. The only place to stay for an airport layover!!
