I had a wonderful stay at Taj Cochin Airport. The room was spacious, exceptionally comfortable, and maintained to the high standards one expects from the Taj brand. The overall ambiance, cleanliness, and hospitality of the staff made my stay truly pleasant and relaxing. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast spread, which felt a bit limited in terms of variety. A few more options would make the experience even better.

Near Airport and good service

Great location, comfortable bed, sweet staff. The food was good, but the quantity of choices at the buffet was lacking. Should have a complimentary shuttle to airport.

The staff go above and beyond to provide excellent service. Both the rooms and the hotel in general are exceptionally clean. The variety and quality of the breakfast offerings are outstanding, and even the pool facilities are among the best we have experienced. We stayed at the location near the airport. At the end of our stay, we left our luggage at the hotel after check-out, as our flight was scheduled for later that night. On our way to the airport, we were caught in heavy traffic and running late. The hotel kindly arranged to deliver our suitcase to the airport, which was both thoughtful and highly professional. We were truly pleased with our stay and sincerely thank the staff for their support and kindness.

Breakfasts I enjoyed staying at the Taj Hotel and appreciate the service. However, I was disappointed that the airport pickup taxi charged ₹600 just to cross the street. For guests staying at your hotel, I feel this should either be complimentary or reasonably priced. I hope you will consider reviewing this policy.

Location and newness Food is average to Taj standard

I made a last-minute booking at the Taj after a very stressful turn in our holidays. We had to miss our flight because mt mother was ill and waas only just discharged from the hospital. Staying in the Taj to recover turned out to be the best choice I could have made! We were very happy and thankful for all the warm care we received during our stay. I especially want to commend Ms Aniang, she was the highlight of our stay. I was checking in and telling the reception lady about the terrible few days we had recently had (my mother was admitted to the hospital) and ms Aniang noticed and came over right away. She was such a comfort to me and took care of everything, really helpful and kind. I cannot thank her enough! I was finally able to relax and my mother was able to recover, knowing we were in such a supportive place. We were both really touched by the attentiveness and kindness of all the staff. Besides all the extra care, the hotel itself is stunning in design, the food is delicious and the amenities are excellent. Being able to go to the gym and to the swimming pool while my mother rested was great. I 100% recommend the Taj to everyone staying in Kochi.

I liked that the the hotel’s driver called to check that I’d arrived safely and to let me know he was waiting for me. I also liked the excellent treatment at the reception and in the restaurant. The breakfast should have a bigger fruit and cheese selection.

Good location very near the airport. Staff friendly and helpful, professional. Good pool. I would like to get complimentary airport shuttle. The hotel does offer inexpensive shuttle though, and I should have taken that offer but was not aware of the rate.

The upkeep and the staff were exceptional! Especially Tania who assisted me right from the point I entered the property! The proximity to the airport is also another huge advantage! No major concerns, however, the delay in receiving my luggage to the room and the exceptionally delayed food orders was a bit frustrating at the Infinity bar! Also, there were some toiletries missing from the bathroom! Not that I use any toiletries but one would expect minor details such as this to be looked into.

Closeness to airport and all facilities around. Above all wonderful and extremely helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent !
