The rooms were very clean and the place was very close to the main attraction. A swimming pool on the terrace was a bonus. The staff was also very polite and friendly. A very nice vegetarian restaurant " Ananad bhavan " was like 1 minute walk away. The staff arranged an all exclusive taxi service for us. I loved everything. I was travelling with kids so the one thing which would have made it even better was an option of re-heating food and some kettle/ cutlery. There was a fridge to store food but there was nothing to heat it back.

The rooms were pristine, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed a restful two days in Kochi during our visit. We appreciated the AC and multiple fans to keep cool. Staff were helpful and able to provide some basic items when requested, such as a kettle. They also arranged a taxi for us for day excursions. The best feature was the excellent location, within walking distance to the major attractions in Fort Kochi. We were disappointed that the kitchen was essentially non-functional. The fridge worked, but it would have been nice to also have access to a microwave, kettle, dishes, and cutlery. A kettle was kindly provided to us upon request. It would have also been more convenient if the hotel had a water refill station available to guests.

Good location (very close to the Katakhali Theatre and the beautiful Santa Cruz Cathedral). Great room with comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and helpful. Family rooms are great for families or groups and great value for money too. Only one complimentary water bottle for 2 people. Pool is not covered and thus unusable during the day, due to the extreme UV and the scorching heat.

Great location near Basilica and Karnakali Thestre and walking distance from most Kochi sights. Small rooftop pool with su beds and shade. No food on premises or pool service

Location is very good. It was on a quiet street away from traffic. The rooms are pretty big and there is a pool on the roof. Our room had 2 windows, one in the front with a wall un front of it and the other inside the hotel which made our room pretty dark. There is an area ( kitchen and fridge ) in between 2 rooms that can be used by both. It is nice if you are with more people but since we were only 2 and using 1 room we didn't really like the concept.

We were quite disappointed with our stay here. For the price, we expected much more. The room was basic, and the service was lacking—it felt more like staying in an apartment than a hotel. The staff weren’t particularly friendly or welcoming, and there were none of the small touches that make a stay feel comfortable such as no complimentary water, no room service or onsite restaurant and the aircon didn’t work at all. We stayed in Kochi for a quarter of the price, and it was far better in every way—nicer rooms, better service, room service, and even complimentary water in the room. The only real positive here was the pool, but at this price point, that should be expected. Overall, it just didn’t feel worth the money at all. If you’re looking for actual hotel service and a welcoming atmosphere, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. Overall wouldn’t recommend staying here

This was an excellent find in a perfect location. Wonderful, helpful staff and spotlessly clean rooms. And the pool was an added bonus. Highly recommended. I could not find fault.

Good sized bedrooms in a two bedroom apartment. Nice lounge, dining, kitchen area. Good showers. Large bed. Great air conditioning and ceiling fans. Nice rooftop pool. Great location within easy walking to cafes etc. Friendly staff. No breakfast or bar but close walking to others in area.

Swimming pool was clean and quiet. My 6 years old didn't touch the feet on the bottom that made her good swimming practice. The staff are very helpful. They booked the seats for Kathakali, Autorickshaw little tour in very good price and Taxi to airport. They don't have restaurant but the restaurant (veg) near by was very good and opens from 7.30 am. I wanted to have a kettle for my sinus rinse as I prefer to use a bottle of water for it.
