The staff was super friendly and helpful. They didn’t just help me with the property stuff but also helped me to explore place and provided great value and specially the reception guy Ajay and Shyam were super good. Could also have a pool table. I think it will attract more travellers

The AC in the dorm wasn’t working well or atleast there could’ve been fans. It was always too hot for me to sleep peacefully! Be prepared for mosquito bites

Nice hostel, honestly can’t go wrong with this chain, always look forward to staying here. Sometimes people don’t respect the quiet hours and staff don’t enforce them.

The beds are really good. It's a good place for you to just sleep. There isn't much space to socialize, and there's no socializing either. The main entrance wing is bad because it doesn't have AC, just a fan, it's horrible. The only good place is the bedroom... they should invest more in the entrance hall where the employees also stay.

The community feel of the hostel was awesome! As was the location which is right in the middle of town. The faciloties like the games and rooftop area were great. The kitchen wasnt perfect but good for a hostel. Beds were great with nice privacy curtains and a little lock box as well as a big locker that could fit almost all bags. Bathrooms were nice and clean and nice that there were two per room with all facilities inside. Nothing, perfect hostel

Friendly environment, central location, clean drinking water, a lot of common areas to use:) I had a few problems in my stay… my dorm room felt a bit public as employees would come to sleep there and people entered to use the toilet freely… the kitchen was dirty with almost nothing to cook with, the ac didn’t work for a night so we slept with fans which ended up being ok. Communication with some of the staff was challenging in English with some misunderstandings.

Good location, private rooms were clean and comfortable. AC was appreciated. Not very social, the communal areas were too hot. The hostel could do more to promote a social atmosphere. Downstairs reception in the evenings didn’t smell great and was also humid. Whilst there were some helpful staff, a lot were not. It was hard to get information out from some of the staff at times. We asked them to do our laundry and expected it back same day. It later turned out they hadn’t even sent it and weren’t very apologetic.

All staff members were very kind and friendly especially Mr. Abhishek who personally guided me about the tourist spots. There is nothing I don’t like about the property.
