Great location, great value, friendly & professional staff ??? Everything tres bien ?

The rooms are immaculate and well appointed, the location is great, but what really made this stay was the staff. Every single staff member was kind and went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. The restaurant is also fantastic, everything we ate was amazing and the food came quickly, we regretted every meal we didn't have at the restaurant. Overall is was a 10/10 experience.

This is a lovely comfortable hotel in a quiet central location in the heritage area of Fort Kochi. But what will make your stay is the warm welcome and professionalism of the team. Sanitha is amazing and everyone obviously loves working at the hotel. The rooftop pool and area is a great resource. Nice for sitting in the evening with a cool breeze. Definitely a hotel to consider.

the rooms are beautiful, nicely decorated, spacious and very clean. the staff is homey and very nice. The chef was perfect, tuned to our specific preferences and served great and fresh food. we felt very safe to eat everything! highly recommend!

We stayed one night at Tissa’s Inn in Fort Kochi after arriving in Kochi in the evening, and it was a lovely experience from start to finish. The staff greeted us very warmly on arrival, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a charming local boutique-inn feel that immediately made us feel relaxed. The property has a lot of character and feels thoughtfully put together. We also bought a few souvenirs from the inn, which were beautifully made, locally sourced, and fairly priced — a nice touch. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent. The food was flavorful and well-prepared, and the service was attentive. I enjoyed the grilled spicy tiger prawns so much that I ended up ordering two plates. Easily one of the best meals we had in Fort Kochi. The next morning, breakfast was just as good — fresh, delicious dosas and a relaxed atmosphere. Checkout was quick and seamless, and the staff even gave us complimentary bottled water for the road, which was a thoughtful gesture. Overall, Tissa’s Inn offers genuine hospitality, great food, and a comfortable boutique stay in a perfect Fort Kochi location. Highly recommended, and I’d happily stay here again.

Excellent location , lovely staff , great food Nothing

The location is excellent, making it very easy to explore the area. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. I especially enjoyed the rooftop pool, which is perfect for relaxing after a day out. What really makes this place special is the warm and welcoming staff – they truly treat you like family and are always ready to help with anything you need. Highly recommended!

Super comfortable, with the coziness of a small inn but a highly professional feel. The bedroom was large and air conditioned, and had a large strong shower that really helped after a long hot day of sightseeing. The bed was a little hard for me, although I know that's a matter of taste. I had breakfast in the restaurant every morning and dinner one night. The food was very good and the chef was excited to share Kerala specialties each day. The inn is in a good spot for walking to the cafés and shops of the west side of Fort Kochi, but in a real neighborhood. Sanitha at the front desk was charming and personable and made me feel at home.

Room was spacious and very neat. Staff was very courteous, prompt and helpful. Everyone spoke English, so we didn't feel like language was a problem. The hotel is located centrally in Fort Kochi so all the attractions are in a 5 kms radius. They also helped us in finding a scooty (which is 200m from the hotel), and finalise our tickets for a great kathakali show (everyone MUST go) that happens daily, nearby. The Water Metro and ferry are 5 mins away. We had booked breakfast at the hotel, and it was FANTASTIC. They serve a South Indian and a continental spread, and both were yummy! Loved the ambience, and the pool on the rooftop is cool too. Thanking everyone at Tissa's Inn for their hospitality and care. We'll be back soon!

Great , kind staff…. Beautifully thought out interiors with thoughtful picked antiques etc etc etc. Having to leave… Had our last two nights before returning to London. Great luxury at fair price before getting on plane.

This is our 2nd stay at this hotel. The staff are warm, friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The rooftop pool is an added bonus. All good.

Clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff, great food, central location in Fort Kochi.

Such a relaxing, clean and peaceful place to stay in Fort Kochi - walking distance (or a short rickshaw ride) to all the main sites and the water metro station. Sunitha and the rest of the staff were all super friendly and helpful - organising our car and driver for 3 days trip to the Western Ghats and backwaters. Great breakfasts too with both a taste of traditional Keralan and western options and freshly squeezed pineapple juice. Highly recommended.

Really lovely hotel - very clean, quiet and peaceful and really lovely staff - especially Sunitha at reception, who was so helpful arranging things for us before we arrived and during our stay. Great breakfasts too!

The breakfast was great and the staff were super accommodating for our group. The little restaurant was really good and the location was perfect for our group.
