Having stayed at most of the hotels in Kochi, I can confidently say that grand hyatt is one of the best, if not, the best hotel to stay at in the city… From the warm and friendly staff to the spacious rooms offering stunning backwater views, everything about the stay was exceptional. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the breakfast buffet is easily one of the best you’ll find in Kochi, with an amazing spread. Dinner at Thai Soul was another highlight. The food was outstanding, and watching the chefs at the live kitchen in the middle of the restaurant made the entire dining experience even more memorable. One feature that truly stood out was the in-room TV system. Its interface for accessing entertainment, hotel services, and information was by far the best I’ve experienced at any hotel. It was a small detail that made a big difference to the overall guest experience. Highly recommended. And I’ll definitely be coming back as well :) Unfortunately, I visited on a dry day, so alcohol wasn’t being served, but that’s just bad timing on my part. On the bright side, I got to enjoy a great workout in the hotel’s well-equipped gym. The only downside was that the EV charging station at the hotel wasn’t working. So I couldn’t charge my car overnight as planned. Also the kids play area could use some upgrades.

We liked the stay, very excellent, value for money, food was very nice, bar service and ambience was awesome. Very neat and clean decent stay. The mixture tap in wash room was very tight. Please ask your technician to correct it. Room no 307

Excellent Property, Comfortable, Attentive personnel. There is a strong smell outside the lobby of food being prepared since the exhausts vent to the garden in front of the lobby.
