Nothing Dear Customer Support, I am writing to report a highly disappointing experience with a property booked through your platform. The hotel did not match the description and images shown on your website. The room provided to me was significantly different from what was advertised. Specifically, the double bed size was approximately 120 cm x 200 cm, which is not consistent with standard expectations or the listing details. When I raised this issue with the hotel staff, I was told that no alternative rooms were available. However, shortly afterward, I observed that a nearby room was unoccupied and appeared to match the quality and size shown in the listing. Additionally, the condition of the room was unacceptable. The bed linens, pillows, and duvet were in poor condition and did not meet basic cleanliness standards. I also found empty liquor bottles in the cupboard and broken telephone equipment in the room, which raises serious concerns about hygiene and maintenance. This experience was far below acceptable standards and does not reflect the quality promised on your platform. I have attached photos for your reference. I request that this issue be investigated and that appropriate action be taken. I would also like to request compensation or a refund for this unsatisfactory stay. There's nothing to like my stay. There was no TV in room and bath towel was not washed pillow, bed... Everything was not comfartable.....
