Nothing I had a very disappointing stay. The room had a strong cigarette smell, and the blankets were not clean. The towels were also dirty and looked like they had not been properly washed. The staff were not helpful or cooperative, which made the experience even worse. During our stay, the elevators were not working, so we had to carry our luggage up to the third floor using the stairs, which was very inconvenient. Overall, this was a poor experience. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families.

I didn’t like their service especially the manager one who stays at night he is just a horrible person.I asked him for a clean the room but he is like this room can’t be clean more and my mother anD me was alone the boy was cleaning the washroom he just come to upstairs and looking so weirdly it was 11pm.He didn’t even know how to talk.It’s just good for a unmarried couple who will stay for one night stand not for a family stay honestly.One more thing their bed is not clean always came bad smell from the washroom.

The pluses are: The room was a good size and reasonably clean. Hotel had a lift. They do a half day rate. I booked this hotel because it said it had a 24 hour reception. We were due to arrive between 00:00 and 01:00, but our flight was delayed and we arrived at 02:30. When we got to the hotel, the night porter, who let us in, was drunk as a skunk and demanded more money for a late check in. Which we did not pay. He then demanded the room rate to be paid in cash, although it said they accept cards and that left us short of cash for the next day. When we went down to reception the next morning, the 'manager' was sitting there, his naked feet up on the desk and he did not find it neccessary to take them off until my husband told him how rude this is. Our room was clean enough, but the lift and the hallways were not. Also, the room had a balcony, but there were no chairs, so we could not use it. But the worst thing was the bed. I can honestly say that I have never slept on a more uncomfortable matrace. I actually considered sleeping on the floor. The whole place is a badly run dump.

Location was near by No proper staff response. Rooms were smelly. Not clean that much. The staff was not responding for any thing we told about cleaning and all.

Near to metro easily accessible room cleaning is not at all there , TV wont work , staffs are not pleasant
