City centre hotel with clean rooms may be good for business travellers For family, the room size is small hardly any space to keep 2 suitcases. Pillows are bit hard and very congested bath room

I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional hospitality we experienced during our recent stay. Our family vacation, which included our beloved dog, Mia, was truly wonderful and will always be a memorable one for us. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the General Manager, Mr. Elgish, and the Executive Chef, Chef Arun. The entire team—from the restaurant staff and front desk to the housekeeping team—was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our visit. A special note of thanks goes to Chef Supreet, who kindly connected me with the team before our arrival. As I was a bit anxious about traveling with a pet, his support was deeply reassuring. Rooms are small

Check-in was smooth and quick. Staff support was quick. I had to move out of the initial room that was designated, as their maintenance decided to paint a door or something at 10PM and the aircon was pulling in heavy paint smells into our rooms at that floor. I saw many people complain about it. Such maintenance activities should be taken care of in the morning hours, not while your customers are most certainly back in their rooms.

I Book with high prices to include the breakfast, but staff not infor at the checking time, the about timing, support, nothing, there are no supportive staff, fuck this ibis hotel, never been book again

Beyond perfect location in Kochi which is important to be sure, everything was beyond exceptional. Restaurant great, great, every staff member incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, insightful, helpful, attentive, responsive ... just fantastic group. In the vernacular of the day - "awesome" ! And I am global traveler of business and tourism of over 4 decades and nearly 100 countries. Everything exceptional.

Location. Accessibility from airport. Very small sized room. Restaurant in the hotel is not operational 24/7.

One small issue - the lobby is on 1st floor - and when my driver was bringing the luggage to the room and also another friend coming to the room not to stay there just to bring my stuff they were asking ID's of these persons which normally none of the hotels asks unless they are staying

Cleanliness is not compromised there........ The price range is not worth it at all In that price range you can get lot of options there you can get good big rooms..

Central to business center close by metro station As you entry the hotel at the point where they scan your bags , there is a bad smell that comes . They should check that and fix it

The breakfast and Dinner could have been better. Ambience is good. Room is bit small yet manageable. Location is awesome. But most important thing is I did not get the invoice for my stay despite having written a couple of time in messages and email. If you could please send my invoice for my stay, that would be better. The F&B service was very slow such as to replenish the food. The staffs who handles the F&B need to be trained to answer the customers patiently. F&B staffs & services

Breakfast was good. Liked the pazham podi amongst other items. I went to nearby Subhash Bose park in the evening to watch the sunset. Quite a beautiful park with a lot of space for children to play and visitors to sit/stroll. Nothing.

Check in staff was not friendly and did miscommunication about the booking, availability of rooms etc. She speak Hindi and English, I know the name but won’t reveal here. Need proper training for staff.
