excellent location right in the heart of shopping, dining and entertainment. spacious room and almost everything is in place. Buffet breakfast and dinner were quite good and reasonable in cost. Friendly and helpful staff made our stay quite pleasant, in particular, Ms Devu, Indu, went out of her way to keep ready our rooms by noon, when our group checked in. we booked 9 rooms, May 30-01 April. paper napkin or tissue paper could be kept in the room, however I am told that it is available on request. otherwise, no negatives at all.

The hotel is located right in the middle of the city, making it very convenient to access all amenities, shopping, and transportation. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent with good variety and quality. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

Great location and a good staff . They are very courteous and mention must be made of the concierge staff and cleaning staff . They keep the place spotless . Nothing much as such . Would prefer Kerala lunches at the restaurant in the afternoon .

Spacious room. Location is excellent. Restaurant was excellent. Buffet was great. Overall staff were great. The lady who was assigned to clean the room sona is her name. Was great. She made sure I have a clean room and make sure towels. Water is available all the time. The girls downstairs at the reception were excellent. Always smiling and gave me a positive vibe. A little dated in some Areas. Expect hallway. Wish it was updated
