Nothing We checked out after 1 night as it was so dirty. The smell in the room was unbearable. It was dirty The bathroom had mould everywhere Toilet was disgusting. The sheets were dirty, they changed them but were still dirty and had stains on them. I have submitted pictures and that was only a few.

Both the receptionists who are in the morning duty are really nice and supportive Room cleaning is very poor and during our stay in the property we were very upset about the room cleaning

Basic breakfast - but good. Location is excellent. Staff need more guidance - there is absolutely no practicality in someof the way things were managed. Staff and service.

I booked Trios for my family and from what i've heard, it was a beautiful stay. They would highly recommend Trios and so would I. Nothing much - everything was par excellence and beyond expectation.

The hotel is quite new and close to many restaurants and shops, including a nice shopping mall. The ferry to Fort Kochi is close by, but keep in mind that it’s not the newest Water Metro (which stops in High Court), but the older and smaller ferry. We were disappointed by this hotel. Despite being quite new, the furniture was already run down, and some lights were already broken. The rooms are not big, but especially the bathrooms are really quite small. That would still have worked, if only they had put a curtain for the shower. Instead, the shower head (on the ceiling!) basically floods the entire bathroom. We didn’t really expect the towels to be arranged like swans (as in the pictures), but the ones we got were completely worn out and had holes (!) in them, and we only got one per room. The breakfast is really basic: there is only one Indian option each day, and bread and marmalade as the “continental option”. Not even black coffee is available in the “buffet”, it must be ordered (with some communication difficulties). The breakfast area is very small and there are not enough tables for everybody.

The pictures on the website didn't match the size in real. We couldn't open the room's curtains as it directly viewed the next hotel room. The restaurant area was compressed, and the breakfast buffet was served cold. The ordered food took almost an hour to be served. The bedcovers, blankets, and towels were pale and torn. Overall, we won't recommend it. A big list to cover..!!
