On 2 out of 3 nights b'fast was "room service" only, once no choice whatsoever, dictated by the manager, who showed nothing but indifference to the needs of the guests. His attitude changed once he realized there could be a benefit for him down the road. I had booked a deluxe room but was initially shown the most basic of all rooms with opaque windows, only when insisting that I had booked a deluxe room was I shown the category of rooms I had booked. The website indicates one way is covered by the hotel from the airport to the hotel. I had requested that service prior arrival but my email (request) was ignored. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired; there was no cleaning service throughout my entire stay. The garbage can was overflowing and yet never taken care of.

I had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect close to everything. The breakfast buffet was a great start to each day. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area
