There was a huge cokroach in the room. When I told the staff they were nice, asked if they needed to send staff...I mean, if I didn't act the cokroach would be gone so why wait for staff.. but a 5 start hotel with a cokroach comolaint should probably offer a huge discount. The bathroom smelled humid and some places were not clean for the standard expected

The staff were very kind and compassionate and helpful. Even though they had firm and soft pillows, which is not uncommon for 4 to 5 sorrow Hotel, I still found them to be a bit too thick. I know this is a very personal thing, but I just like a down pillow that were pretty much disappeared down to 4 inches or so so as to have the body in the head pretty much on the same plane.

Smooth experience from check-in to check-out. The reception team Anumol was professional and friendly. The Standard room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Great experience at the "Masala Restaurant". The food, ambience, and hospitality were all wonderful. They even have 'sugar free' pastry. Taste awesome! Our booking request for 1 large bed but unfortunately got 2 single bed. Anyway, we got the large bed same morning maybe bcos we checked in mid-night/ morning 1am. Staff did awesome job. none so far, would to see more no sugar added pastry

I like the fact that Holiday Inn is a pretty comfortable space with access to all areas in Kochi. Moreover the warmth and hospitality of all the staff were impeccable and i would definitely chose holiday in for my further visits to Kochi. Theres nothing much to NOT like when it comes to Holiday Inn. you are confirmed to have a great stay and a great experience while you are with Holiday Inn, and it has been the same experience across all prioperties in India

Breakfast, Location Repeated power failure is a big problem in the property. Buffet Lunch/Dinned is expansive in the property for the in-house guest compared to if booked online through third party portal Mostly room rates on hotel own website are much higher compared to third party portal. But property don't credit reward points to customer account if booked through third party portal. So doesn't make sense to become the member of IHG group, pay higher rate and earn points. IHG need to change this policy and should credit reward points like even in aviation industry.

Gireesh, Sibi Srija an Meenakshi were all super accommodating. Hi had issue with humidity an it was sorted fast a took really good care of me throughout the stay. They are all friendly professional and not too much. The restaurant was lovely and trendy with nice cocktails and breakfast buffet was big and full. I had a swim at sunset also which was relaxing and quiet. Good location to reach the Lulu mall or central Kochi by rikshaw.
