Niyati - Boutique Stay

I have stayed at Niyati before. I love the location. And the warmth of the staff is an added plus.

Beautifully designed boutique hotel in fabulous location- loved it! Nothing

It was in a great location Rooms in the property smell really bad because of the paints so it is difficult to breathe

The location, and having an a-joining pub/restaurant for convenience. Charming rustic rooms. The reception desk was non-existent. Was bit of a circus, no communication, could speak english and had no idea what was going on. One of the rooms had a dreadful smell! too bad, we couldn’t sleep there. Lots of mosquitoes in the rooms.

The jet spray was broken. Poor quality of extra bed. Lighting was really bad in the room.

Proximity to the main parts of Fort Kochi We booked the suite and one more room - one of the fans in the suite made too much noise and didn’t work. Hot water didn’t come properly in the bathroom. The bed linen and towels were not clean enough.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The staff communication was below expectations — not very responsive or helpful. The TV in the room wasn’t working at all, and worse, there was a leak in the ceiling which made the stay uncomfortable. Aside from these issues, the rest of the amenities were just average. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place unless major improvements are made.

Niyati is located well at the heart of Fort Kochi. Everything is just a short walk away. The room size was decent. The toilet was very clean. The old furniture added character to the room. The Francis is right next door . Food was simply awesome. Booze is a tad expensive. The Aircon was not working properly and there was nothing much the staff did about it. Tele was also not working due to some maintenance issues. We ordered food from room and the billed rates were different from the rates placed in room.Bed linens have become old and does require replacemnt. Torn curtains, not impressive.

Staff is kind, location is amazing. The beds are highly uncomfortable; you can feel the spring through the mattress. the hotel gets quite loud owing to the live music in the bar, and the entrance of the hotel being so close to the rooms.

Loved the ambiance. It's very safe for women customers. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. And the rate, too, was very reasonable. I would revisit and recommend this place again ❤️

There were hassles at the reception. They didn’t give us basic toiletries. It was a bitter experience. They don’t have parking facility.

Great location with friendly staff who were always on hand to help. Room was clean & rustic, lovely little bar and restaurant next door. Room was quite dark as not much natural light and lighting was dim. TV in room but advised not available, although this was advertised on our booking. Unfortunately we had a rat running across the beams above our bed.

Location is excellent. Right in the middle of the fort kochi area. The place has a traditional look and quite comfortable. Staff were very nice and helpful. Had an interesting conversation with the owner as well! Nothing as such.

Perfect price quality and a great hang out bar aside

Disappointing. They gave us the room on the groundfloor which was so mouldy we couldn’t stay in it. Shower did not have a curtain and the whole wall was moulded. Pictures on booking are of the first floor rooms, and are much better than the ground floor room. Receptionist doesn’t speak any English (not his fault), owner was rude.
