Ambience, clean, Breakfast, Location was excellent, walkable to most of the main sites. We got a better room after We said no to the first one without natural lighting. All was good, great location and closer to the beachside, Princess street for shopping. All the museums and other shopping places were walkable Wish there was a lift here. Also, I wish there were more choices for breakfast. There were 2 options only idli or Toast, not many veg restaurants around.

Its location. Staff is helpful. Breakfast was good. Bathroom is not updated and not as clean. No elevator so if you have issues with using stairs, it can be a problem.

Such a warm, welcoming staff, from the young men working the desk to the woman helping serve breakfast. Our room was very comfortable, with very good water pressure. The water didn’t always get hot but was warm enuf to make for a good shower. The room was clean, quiet, and we slept great. The location in Fort Kochi could not be better. We would stay again.

Location is extremely convenient. Bring sturdy shoes for uneven cobblestones in the neighborhood. Recommend Kerala Cafe, from a referral from hotel. Breakfasts here are very nice and cozy, one omelette option and one Kerala option. Ground floor rooms do not have a view but are very quiet. Staff is a pleasure. Extra thank you for getting me a special diet request. Very pleasant stay. Until next time. Watch out for aggressive tuktuk drivers out front

Bharat at front office was helpful with recommendations, the location of the hotel was perfect for anyone visiting for the Biennale. Plus located at the heart of Fort Kochi right next to cafes and shopping while still located in a quiet lane. Our room was facing construction work.

This hotel is located right in the center of Fort Kochi but still very quiet. All the main tourist attractions are within 10min by auto rickshaw. The staff is very accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. Many restaurants are within walking distance.

This is a very comfortable property from the easy to climb stairs to the ceiling fan and AC and the great bathroom. The staff ate fantastic. I had a slight medical issue when I arrived and the staff got me a taxi driver to take me to the hospital and stay with me and then bring me back. They checked on me daily and helped with tours and shows. I highly recommend this place. Nothing

Almost most hotels, Sunset Bay included, is in the heart of Fort Kochi, close to restaurants and attractions, all within walking distance. The 2 reception staffs at Sunset Bay, Alan and Astil, were very helpful lads with informative tips about Fort Kochi. Breakfast was small and simple, but nice and yummy, especially with fruits and mango juice to start off! And yeah, don't forget to try out the Water Metro, a quicker and cheaper mode of transport between Fort Kochi and Ernakulam (Kochi city). Don't make me think too hard!
