The rooms were clean and large. The staff were helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The bathroom which is an important part of comfort level, had some problems. The water pressure was low, and a hand held shower would have helped this situation. There was leakage at the bottom of the shower screen. The exhaust fan was not working. It would be nice if the tv was a smart tv; there were no streaming platforms and we couldn’t use our phone to access Netflix etc. India being so tech savvy should by now have their hotels doing better in this area.

Over all ambience, good staff,good buffet lay out , good service , spick and span.Reception desk was very courteous especially young girl Richa.She even came out of her desk enclosure and helped keeping the luggage in van.At the age of 75 all that I can say God bless her and the hotel.Enjoyed the Cake shop at entrance. 1.Dont want to hurt anyone but two gentlemen in checked shirts in Cake shop were nonchalant,least bothered kind and took long to take order /serve.This is not expected.They must live up to reputation of hotel.Small things make difference. 2.Early morning tea leaves bags took much longer to come,in fact boy clean forgot and had to be reminded.Had asked for extra bags.

Breakfast was excellent. Pre-arrival communication was good, very responsive customer service. There was no one at the foyer to greet or help with the bags upon arrival. The same happened at the departure also, even though I had specifically asked for help.

Excellent place, great location. Great staff. They did not charge additional even though we checked out around 5 PM. No hotels usually does these kind of adjustments for free. Nothing really.

I liked the fact that 3 of us could have separate beds. Cooling from the AC Unit was ok. Could be better.

Breakfast was very good and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was very good. I could not change any US dollars and this was very inconvenient.

Kitchen staff and Reception staff were helpful tentative Central location and easy access to main sites, jetty, railway station restaurants Hotel also has a lively bar. Rooms seemed soundproof nothing - unless you want to watch TV in English.

Very convenient easy to get to all the facilities. He was absolutely brilliant just what we wanted. We wanted swimming pool but they had a bar that was good enough for us.
