AC Good location Staff kept delaying check in. We waited almost an hour. We arrived and asked for early check-in and they said yes in 10 minutes. However it kept getting delayed when we could've gone out to do something and come back. We had limited time in kochi. If we could not do early check-in, they should have just told us from the beginning and we would have accepted it.

Not good as seen in site, looks like classic lodge.. Bedsheets, pillow covers, towels were very old and disguisting.. Lots of mosquitoes... Reception staffs were good, but cleaning guys were bad..... Waste of money and time.... Tv not working, noisingAC...

Staff was exceedingly helpful - many thanks, guys!! This is a simple, clean hotel with great value. Just be prepared for no frills accommodation. Unfortunately the hotel restaurant has shut, so meals are not provided. This is a shame, as last time I stayed their appam was the best I've ever tasted. The walls are thin so the hallway was very noisy with guests coming and going at 12am, 2am, and 3am including full volume conversations. Clearly a popular hotel - just bring earplugs.
