The restaurant serves only buffet, and if you want to enjoy an al la carte menu you have to go to the resto bar which is loud and has only limited dishes on the menu.

The rooms appear to have been recently refurbished and were clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout the stay. Very good location with easy access to nearby places and convenient for getting around the city. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful during the stay. The only things I felt could be improved were the ₹1000 extra charge for early check-in, which seemed a bit expensive, and the drinking water provided. Instead of filtered water, sealed bottled water would have been better. If the hotel is concerned about reducing plastic use, sealed glass bottles would be a good alternative. Overall, it was a good stay and I would consider staying here again.

They charge by occupancy so if you have 2 people to a room they will charge you for 2 rooms. So, 2 people traveling together are better off getting their own seperate rooms as there is no saving of expenses by sharing a room. We didn't find this out until we checked out. We also found the check in process to be insanely cumbersome but this is probably common in India.

Nobody told us the pool area was under renovation and dirty . Kids were really looking forward to swimming but were disappointed .

Excellent location, great hospitality, quick service, amazing and very respectful staff are the hallmark of this Hotel. A special mention of Ms Divya for providing useful information to visit places as per our requirement. Enjoyed a comfortable stay for 6 days and didn't miss my home for the first time in life. It was truly value for money. Thnx a lot for making our trip to Kerala a memorable one. It was a beautiful vacation to Kerala. Liked everything ?

Not very sharp in responding to pre stay requests I told them Im coming early but they staff at the reception had no clue and d was as cold as ice.. in stead trying to accommodate me he advised me different hotel .. so I had to leave and come back after 6 hours … Black experience point and lovely white place ..

Very polite staff, good food, room seemed very clean Green carpet in the hallway of the 5th floor - they shd possibly replace it with tile. It had marks on it.

Very ordinary breakfast. Idlis were sticky and of low quality. Everything takes a long time. Delay seems to be the hallmmark of this hotel.

They are up grading areas certain areas. Reception staff poor attitude, unclean areas especially the floors, housekeeping kept removing toiletries and not replacing them, the pool area is so disappointing… It does not look like the photos; 3 beds, 3 towels, no umbrellas, on a rooftop with no shelter from the sun. Breakfast was underwhelming, staff are a bit lost, lack attention to detail, the air conditioning/ extractor is turned off at 10:30am so if you are still finishing your breakfast be ready for the kitchen fumes and heat! And an unbelievable amount of mosquitoes everywhere.
