Room and washroom was very cleanly maintained. Five star for that. Breakfast was average. Being Alacatel, no choices. ...Buffet would have been better.

I loved the flawless cleanliness, attentive and polite staff, and the incredibly comfortable, spacious rooms. The convenient location—close to major local landmarks made the stay exceptional. We asked the hotel to arrange a private cab from Kochi to Munnar with sightseeing included. However, the driver only stopped at a few places along the route and refused to take us to the main sightseeing spots in Munnar. Whenever we requested a stop, he claimed the area was affected by a landslide or accident and suggested booking another cab the next day for sightseeing. The hotel manager appeared to support the driver's approach, which was disappointing. In hindsight, it would have been better to book an Uber instead of using the hotel's private cab service. This was disappointing, and we expected better coordination from the hotel regarding the cab service.

My third time in two years staying here. It's still the best choice in the area, the rooms are well-maintained and clean, everything works, things are quiet, good value, perfect location for Ernakalum Junction and the Metro. The next time in Kochi I'll be sure to stay again.

Overnight stay for early train to Goa next morning. Kettle Comfy bed and hot shower and tv to watch and relax. Short walk to station and tho no fridge in room manager kept my medication in the hotel fridge. Definitely recommend Nothing

The hotel was very near to the railway station. Though the metro line was passing very close to the hotel , there was absolutely no nuisance of sound of trains.

Comfortable room After paying for the hotel stay at the check-out, the manager did not want to make accounting documents: a check and an invoice. I had to insist on it and wait 30 minutes, which caused me to miss breakfast and almost miss the airport.

We arrived town bridge after a 13 hour train journey from Goa as a family group of 9 we had 4 double rooms. We were more than comfortable, showers great, beds very comfortable, everything super clean and the staff were warm and welcoming. 100% recommend. Thank you ?
