Location and staff behaviour was excellent. The hotel is in the middle of city and it is easy to go to any place in Ernakulam from there. Restaurant is not in the same property but in an opposite building (seems sharign with another hotel) , but is OK and you just have to cross the road. Parking is also the same way. Not in the same property but in the opposite hotel wher they also have the restaurant. Though is is odd , it is not inconvenient. We booked a tripple bed room for 4 people., all of us above 50. There is no lift and the room was in 2nd floor. It is OK as all of us walked up, but this could be a problem for senior citizens. Also the corridor is narrow. Room appreared neat and so was the bath room. However, there was a smell typical of unused rooms. Therefore more cleanliness would have been better

Hotel does not provide for breakfast but food options available just outside. The receptionist was helpful and accommodating and advised us on where and how to go. Cleanliness of bathroom can be improved. Water was dripping from the AC which was just above the bed. The AC module outside and the fan are quite noisy, so if you are a light sleeper this could be a problem.

Location is great. Stay was pleasant. Bathroom was neat and clean. Reception staff is very accommodating and warm. Overall cleanliness can be improved for the room.Air conditioning is very weak and this was informed to staff. Had to ask to replace the duvet cover as it seemed dirty.
