There was no room available when I reached at the property with my family at night.The receptionist was making drama infront of me that he don't know how it happened and don't know about my reservation. Then my family and myself were literally on road at night and searched for another room in Kochi.How to believe booking.com if this is the situation?Pathetic Approach of reception

The location was very good. Most of the sites are nearby. Easy to access public transport. Nice place to stay. Water drainage system in bathroom can be improved. Small cockroach on window curtain was seen.
