Well mannered staffs, very spacious and clean room and washroom, kettle was available, peaceful location close to Marine drive, rooms available for additional hours at reasonable rate Mosquitoes were present, mosquito repellent should have been kept in room. Bathroom door was very difficult to close and open. Charging plugs were present only on one side of bed

The staff were all friendly. But the room was very old, the bedsheets, bed covers, etc. were from the past, and it didn't seem clean.

Housekeeping staff were good. Bedsheets, pillow covers, towels were dirty and worn out. ACs in both the rooms we got were not working.

location was very perfect just near to M G road and all big restauratns shops are very near by. we checked in very late but the executive was very helping and there were no hurdles during check in. The area was very quiet and so we had a very peaceful stay. car parking space is also very big and no need for worry of parking. we booked 6 rooms and all our family member were very happy with the stay. Water was so good and pureThey provided hot water like boiling water and we surely come to this property again if we visit ernakulam. thanks to the entire team restaurant is not there. so pl. arrange for that sir
