Everything. Lovely, most helpful and welcoming family. From the moment I booked Preethy (and later Joy) guided me on how to reach her place, what to visit, where to go, how to get there (with maps), where to eat, what events were likely to happen and when what was cancelled etc... and even dropped me from one place to another on occasion. Travelling becomes so much easier and less stressful when you feel like you are really at home in your place of stay. I visited during new year and they were so kind to let me stay an extra day as also keep my bag on the day of checkout even though it was an inconvenience to them. Most of all they were so warm hearted to invite me in to sit with them in the evenings discussing next day's plans offering me cake, allowing me to heat my breakfast or dinner etc...the children equally polite and lively. The previous leg of my trip having been so disastrous their help acted as balm on my frayed nerves. On top of this the room was extremely clean, cozy and comfortable for a single person but could fit two as well. Had excellent hot water to soothe aching muscles after long days of walking. Wifi worked well. You could refill drinking water. Location allowed me to walk everywhere in Fort Kochi. What more can you ask for? Nothing.

The hosting family is always available for any kind of problem, even more than expected! Surely we would recommend them as a host very very small room which can be a problem if temperature goes high and you didn't book the ac room

Very nice, simple breakfast with good coffee, you can decide between kerala or continental breakfast. Amazing terrace with lots of beautiful plants. Nice room with private balcony.

Staying at CristVille has been lovely. The room was spacious, clean, and well taken care of, with a nice terrace and welcoming hosts. They answered all my questions, were always available, and helped me organize my stay in Kochi with tours, events, dance performances, food, laundry and everything else I needed. They’ve been incredibly kind and helpful. In fact, after spending a few days in Munnar, I decided to go back to them because I really wanted to stay there again. Thank you for everything!

A very cosy and plant filled space in a great, quiet location in fort kochi. The owners are very kind and welcoming and booked us into a local kathikali experience which we enjoyed. An excellent place to stay for an affordable price. Everything was very clean, well maintained and in working order. Would recommend the room with AC!

Great location. Very helpful staff. Clean and comfortable and great for the price. Very nice breakfasts served on the rooftop. Beds were a little narrow and the steps to the rooms a little steep if you have mobility issues.

I loved how the property was at the center and everything was at a walkable distance. The host is super friendly and kind. The rooms are super comfortable. The bathroom needs a little work. The health faucet in mine wasnt okay and the soap dish is placed a little dangerously so I needed to be cautious when I was going to sit on the toilet. .
