Room was elegant, clean and comfortable. Road to the hotel was hard to find and narrow. Elevator was not available while we were there. Card service in the hotel was not functioning at first. Shuttle to airport was a little bit late.

The location is very convenient for airport travel. Friendly and helpful staff. The towels looked worn. At one moment I questioned if they were washed or not.

The property was very nicely built and decorated, with the staffs on ground being greatly courteous. They offered to send pick up transportation even though we made a last minute request for that, after our arrival at the airport. At the price quoted, this was a very nice and comfortable 1-night stay and would definitely recommend. Nothing, everything was just fine.

The staff was humble, polite and professional. The food was good. The milk tea was also very good. The place was neat and clean. The hygiene was maintained properly. Overall it was a value for money stay.
