Comfort, cleanliness, location and food were excellent. Highly recommended. They should have some arrangement for Drivers to stay or refreshment during morning time. I would request management Team to look into this.

i prefer the room service but buffet breakfast was also good. both ladies at the reception did an excellent job and made my stay more enjoyable. bathtub could not retain water

The location is conveniently close to the metro and also offers excellent parking facilities. The gym is poorly maintained, and the staff’s service feels outdated. The aesthetics and lobby are in need of an update, while the room interiors and views are old-fashioned. There is a need for advanced hospitality training for the staff and a complete overhaul of the SOPs.
