This property is centrally located. The room and guest areas was very clean and well-maintained, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The peaceful surroundings right in the middle of the city is a rare find. I found the accommodation offered all the comforts and conveniences I needed and was truly value for money. The hosts were responsive and professional, always available to answer our questions. I highly recommend this property.

Location, space of the room, heritage ambience Amenities were not provided until upon request. Example. Soap TV not working. A/c remote did not have battery.

Location and old style ambience. The receptionist at night was all in all of the property. Room did not have TV connection, A/C remote did not have battery/cell, Protruding wires masked with tape, no soap or shampoo, towels looked quite old and used. Breakfast started at 9am only. Night attendant/receptionist did not know what would be there for the breakfast. Needed to use Hindi to communicate. The property owners should make sure that the room should be in good condition with amenities than providing them upon request. Morning time a car was blocking other cars (no instructions to properly park or monitor) and they were plucking coconuts when cars were nearby. Overall I would look to pay this amount somewhere else for a better stay.

Clean room, biggest size room. I ever saw we 4 people stayed there comfortably for 2 days. Great locktjkn. Walk to seemati, restaurant etc. Parking

We did not eat breakfast as they could not provide it before 8:30AM, so the cost is paid without use. The room was OK, but felt like an old lodge. Difficult to locate. Hot water is available only in one tap and not in shower or any other taps. The bath was not clean and it was a sticky floor with mud.

Only location Cleanliness n hygiene was not maintained .Commode was very dirty. Bed Linen too was not clean.
