The lady sitting in the reception was so rude and did not even provide water

The property was cheaper than other options around but was good value for money. They didn't charge anything extra than what was mentioned in the booking and property was located on the main road. Since it's service apartment there was another room that was occupied in the same flat but since the apartment door was always left open it didn't seem to be a big problem.

Location . Plus the super store in the same building The common bathroom was a bit small. No hot water provided.

Very poor response from the hotel... The booked rooms were cancelled by the hotel authority.. the confirmed rooms were sold to another party before just arrival at the hotel.. how can such hotel be trusted??!

Unsatisfied. we arrived at this place to be turned away, the owner stated they was not accepting foreigners. when asked why they didn’t inform us prior to arrival, they stated they don’t have to. would not help in booking further sleeping arrangements. be careful if you book here and you’re from another country.
