RAAS RESIDENCY

Nothing basically Arrogant and unproffessional staff, dirty room bed spreads, smoke smell et erc

Clean, modern, comfortable, taken care of and new. Good location. Good dinner options. 2 bars close by. The view through the room windows is the back and sides of the building. The restaurant reserves the river view. Breakfasts have been really poor, staff seemed confused and untrained to serve. No espresso coffee or filter coffee, just instantaneous coffee bags. When it is a buffet it was limited to 2 different food options.. We just had breakfast in one of the multiple close by options outside the hotel.

Pleasant

It looked clean, but can be better. Couple of young people working at the reception. They were nice. This is not 4 star, but it can be if they make some improvements. Terrible stay. Noise from people outside parking lot where two shady bars are located visited by local men only. Fire alarm went off two nights in a row. AC making lots of noise and remote control not working. Can only switch off and the room turns in sauna or on then changes in fridge. Beeping doors in the hall when not properly closed. Noise of dragging furniture over tile floors day and night. At arrival we were informed that a la carte breakfast is available. In the morning at 10 arrived in the restaurant and it was empty. No people serving, no breakfast. Upon asking is was informed if the hotel is full, then they serve buffet. Not seen anything of that. Tried to get some sleep in the day because the night was a hell and then moving furniture again and lots of noise from guests in the hall. People ringing the doorbell and trying to open my door. Appears later lots of families were there for a wedding function. Tried to get lunch, restaurant closed again because it was reserved for the wedding family's to eat there. Asked where we can get food at reception and they sent us to marina mall. There is no single restaurant there. Too many buttons to operate lights in the room. You never know which switch serves which light, but this is very typical in Indian hotels. Hotel needs improvement in facilities and service and definitely not ranked 4 star.

The staff was not friendly and had judgmental looks towards me and my partner.

I have the most pleasant stay. The staff are very helpful. From the front desk to cleaning staff and staff in the restaurant, they all go over and beyond to help. I don't remember all the names, however, Sri Lachmi at the front desk and Nisa at the restaurant. Every single staff member was helpful. They help with a smile. There was nothing to dislike.

It was a well maintained property. Upon arrival, noticed red ants on bed and the staff were not very welcoming. Not much non veg options for breakfast

Nothing to say about this worst RAAS Residency. Don't even think about booking in this hotel. I didn't like anything at this hotel

I had a wonderful stay with my family. The property was clean n the staff was friendly and ready to assist. There is a scope of improvement how the staff greets the guests.

Pretty good location. Close to Fort Kochi,, the beaches and the bridge to main land. Staff nice and helpful. Bar on site. Needs a lick of paint.
