Great all-around experience. Room was nice, beds comfortable (for me that means mattress not soft - my back needs a firm one), and quiet - another key for us. Very handy location and enjoyed the nice indoor pool (good size) and gym equipment. We did not use the hotel restaurant but they had a nice menu. Wall art close by for food and other essentials. Only minor complaint is hotel controls heating/cooling. You control fan only. This wasn’t a big deal, however. All in all, we would definitely use this hotel again.

Great location, beautiful hotel clean room When we arrive, the staff was rude. We really did enjoy the hotel, but the staff ruined our experience. They need to learn to be friendlier to their customers.

Excellent Customer Service all around. The rooms were nice and clean. I am a little bit of a snob with hotels and was pleasantly surprised with this Best Western. TVs are a little old & blurry but everything else was perfect! Everyone takes pride in their work and the service they provide.

It was a “WOW’ moment when we walked in and saw the lobby! Loved the atmosphere and colors. There was nothing that we didn’t like.

Clean room. Cozy atmosphere in the lounge areas. Walkable to historic downtown Cody.

The location was good On arrival we asked for help with our cases, we were told to get a trolley ! We asked twice for our beds to be changed halfway through our stay , this was ignored. One of the reception staff was miserable and rude ! Not just to us, but to other guests we spoke to. The bar closed at 9pm every night !!! It’s a 4 star hotel !!

We absolutely loved this property. We loved that they had a very good restaurant on site and a bar to have a cocktail. Everything was very clean and they had nice common areas to relax in. Absolutely nothing. It was very enjoyable.
