My wife left her personal pillow in the hotel. When she called there a couple of days later, the staff were great in arranging shipment of the pillow to our home.

We were pleased with everything. However, breakfast was somewhat limited. We would stay here again.

This is a pet friendly hotel which is really important. the place is old but clean. The staff were polite-- no more, no less. The view from the window with the lights in the hill at night makes up for the absence of daytime view but then it does not matter when you can just drive out of town to Yellowstone National park. There were energy bars, oatmeal packs and yogurt as well as fruit cups (unsweetened) that you can grab to take to your room for breakfast. I did not see any warm breakfast stuff but I might have missed the time for eating.

The staff was very kind. Good location Dog hair everywhere. Our room smelled like a wet dog. The sheets were run down. Pillows were horrible. The coffee was terrible all water .

The pet area was so well kept & pretty. The guy that keeps it did a wonderful job. The king suite was too small. We could barely get the cart in to get our luggage out.

A bit overpriced but a lot of places are. Not worth 215. Breakfast area was very small and was prepackaged items.

Clean, excellent staff attentive to any issues! The breakfast was great BUT tiny breakfast room HOWEVER the outdoor tables, chairs, flowers, etc were perfect for breakfast! We felt valued here.
