It was great to stay in such and historic hotel and room 20 was great except for the view from the window, the messy roof but had a good cover curtain.

Love staying at the Irma. The history and authenticity of the hotel cannot be recreated in a modern building. Yes, it’s older but that’s the charm. Location is superb - walking to most restaurants and shops.

The staff was great and it was nice having the restaurant in the hotel. The food was good. One of our pillow cases clearly hadn’t been changed and that gave me an unpleasant feeling. But the rest of the room seemed clean.

Amazing location and staff as well as excellent restaurant. Can't beat the history and authentically old hotel. Very well upkept, nice amenities, and great location. Third time staying and will return again.

Das Hotel ist touristisch, man merkt jedoch, dass es aus vergangenen Tagen stammt und kann den Groove mitnehmen. Vor allem der grosse Frühstücksraum ist sehr schön. Wir hatten ein Zimmer ohne Fenster (!). Man versuchte die Zimmer ein wenig mit altem Charme zu füllen, aber was soll dann der Flachbildschirm in Mitten des Zimmers vor dem Spiegel? So machte das Zimmer für uns keinen guten Eindruck. Wahrscheinlich sind nicht alle Zimmer so.
