Second time returning to this property! Great staff, clean rooms and yummy breakfast!

Staff were very helpful, the room was excellent, and the location was close to anything we needed.

Was a good visit. Clean room

Its convenient location, and the room we got its spacious and breakfast was ok but...its smells bad, our room was none smoking room on the 3rd floor but its smells so bad, like someone smoke there for a long time, than we found dirty smelly shoes in one of the cabinets, it was disgusting. We stayed there before but it was on the 1st floor and it was fine but this time it was bad, specially it was close to free and you can hear everything and everyone. We are planning to stay there again.

Exceptional

My room had worn, frayed carpet that I tripped on, fortunately I was able to not fall. Second night was not so smooth. First thing I found out that the elevator is broke down. My room was on the third floor and was handicap accessable. I am not able to climb stairs, in fact at the motel I was using my walker because I knew I would have to do more walking than usual. When I went to the counter to find out what they would do to help me since it's evident I don't walk well, and I was traveling alone, they were not very helpful. I asked them what I was supposed to do they said I could try the elevator, one of them did volunteer to go with me, but that would not solve my problem in case I needed to go back down to my car or for some reason. I then asked if I could get a different room. Because I did my reservation with a digital card they had no idea how to move me to another room. After some consultation they were able to give me another room and they would comp me the room they gave me. I feel I should have had the night comped, no charge on my original room. I will compliment the one front desk young lady, she was very helpful and went up to my other room, gathered my stuff and brought it down to me. It took at least half an hour to get another room. I couldn't get another accessable room, I did get a main floor room, but I could manage by not taking a shower.

The maintenance guy absolutely cares about this facility. In talking with him I was certain he was part owner. The entire property was in very good shape. The hardest area to maintain is often those indoor pools. I learned they've got a major renovation planned that will make that space even better. If the pool matters, check for those scheduled down times.

Good

It was a good size room. We did not like the bathroom without the ability to lock, but that was on us to have researched it before we booked. Bathroom had very small quantity toiletries and was not replenished. It was even difficult to get a trash-bag fro the service people. Breakfast was standard and good. Overall good experience, staff was friendly.

Clean, nice staff
-
The room was very large and nicely appointed. We didn't need to cook but the basics were there to do so. The only think missing were forks which I assume would be provided if needed. Breakfast was ok, not great.
-
Nice sized room. Good location 80s decor. Lift was very noisy . Breakfast was slow to arrive and only just satisfactory with little choice.
-
Decent breakfast and good for what it was. Was nicer to have a larger room that had a pullout couch with a family.
-
The room was clean, the breakfast was excellent. Staff was a little rude but we didn’t interact with them much so that was not a huge deal.
-
Room was clean and bed was comfortable. There were dishes in the dish washer still. Couldn’t tell if they were clean or not. Front desk person took a long time to show up. I ended up calling and she finally showed up. Sliding door to bathroom was almost impossible to close or open.

Overall this was a fine place to stay. The most disappointing part was breakfast - they were understaffed (items were often out of stock) and the selection was poor.
