Clean room. Love the outdoor pool. My only complaint would be that there wasn't a refrigerator in our room but we managed without it. I would definitely stay here again.

I would not stay there again.

I like the price point. The room seemed clean. He asked for a non-smoking room in the bathroom smelled like cigarettes. Just the bathroom but still. First person at the front desk was not nice when we checked in. But the person who checked is out was nice.

I don’t even know where to start. This was going to be my last resort, and here we are. First things first: spend the extra $20 and book a nicer hotel. My fiancé and I came to Coeur d’Alene to visit Silverwood and spend some time by the lake. When we first pulled into the parking lot, there was a police car patrolling the area. I mean… I guess that says enough. We get our key, walk into the room, and immediately get hit with the smell of years of cigarette smoke. Mind you, we booked a NON-SMOKING room. Okay, fine. We figured we’d turn on the AC and hopefully air it out (didn't help btw). Then we went to shower and found out there’s no complimentary shampoo or conditioner, which is my fault for not bringing my own, but I’ve genuinely never stayed somewhere that didn’t have it. There was also hair in the shower and random things left on the floor. At that point, we decided to leave. The woman at the front desk told us to call the next day because there was no manager on duty to process the refund. Fine. We called the next day, and of course, the manager wasn’t there. I contacted Expedia, and they’ve tried calling the hotel multiple times and can’t even get a response. I would rate 0 stars if I could.

The top blanket seemed a little old. Other than that, everything was great.

Very old motel. Was ok for a night but smelt like smoke even inside the room.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Hotel is very conveniently located.

Place was not clean. Many people outside our room drinking and talking. Loud traffic. Bed’s uncomfortable. Pillows so flat. Asked for extra pillow or blanket. Not available. Would not stay here again

Exactly what I needed and expected for a quick overnight sleep.

Every power outlet was NOT working and was told they didn’t know how to fix it and did not have another room

Room was filthy hair everywhere and dirty floor, tiny beds when we thought we were getting queens. Ppl even living in the hotel they had plants in the windows and house cats. Garbage everywhere. We were supposed to stay 5 nights. We only started 2. We couldn't do it. The towels also got white lint ALL OVER you so couldn't use those. The shower water pressure was terrible and shower is tiny my husband was taller than where the head was....I wish we could get our money back honestly. But, I'm pretty sure they don't care. Never again. Rather camp!

Needs some drastic updating.

Bed was a bit hard. But the room very clean. Great for a quick sleep on a long trip.

Absolutely disgusting place. The room was dirty, the hotel was a mess. There was one room where there were 5 cats in a window. No wifi. Weird smell. Only stayed because it was the only hotel under $200 for one night.
