Location Powder egg for breakfast, no able to take shower ( hand cap shower did not ask for) ver bad quality of all breakfast items, cold coffee.want my refund. Never deal with booking.com.

I liked everything about the hotel except the bed was worn out which ended up hurting my back . We did lose sleep. Other than that it was good. Loved the Wheels up restaurant.❤️

Front desk staff were extremely accommodating. Tamara Powell (Manager/Supervisor on duty) always greets us with a warm "welcome back" and ensures our comfort and needs are met. During our recent stay, she quickly dispatched maintenance to address a toilet issue and arranged a much-needed late checkout for me. Additionally, during a busy time today, she located a staff member to assist me with a cart and helped get my baggage to the car. NA
