Great location for a quick stay over near the airport. Comfy beds, nice staff at reception. Had a bad experience with the shuttle on the way to the hotel. Watched as other hotels had 2-4 shuttles come through before mine came once. I waited about 45 minutes, a family that was there before me waited over an hour. The driver claimed that he was there once during that time, but that definitely wasn't true because there's a specific spot to wait for each hotel's shuttle and he never came until several calls were made to the hotel. The next morning I used the shuttle to get back to the airport - new driver, very nice, right on time. Room was fairly clean. Bed sheets were well-worn, I had five pillows and found two that didn't have any stains. That said, no cockroaches or anything like that.

Value and location. Public trash cans, not emptied. Numerous breakfast items were not available. Jim was not opened at the schedule time. Not able to use.

Did not stay there. No one answered the phone when callling several times until after 1 am. Then then person said they had no more rooms available and I tried to request a refund but was denied Provide my refund as I did not go

Location No pool as advertised. The staff tells you to go to the hotel next door but that’s a lie they don’t let you use their pool either. Would’ve been better to just say it was out of order

We called and asked what the age limit was to stay here and they said 18 but when checking in I was told 21 but thankfully the staff was nice enough to still allow us to stay.
