Clean room

The room was big enough for a wheelchair user. Everything was good; only the bed was a little bit uncomfortable, maybe because my husband and I are used to using a firm mattress. The breakfast was good, and it was a clean room. I called the receptionist about the air conditioner, and it took a while before someone answered my call. I tried twice, actually. The lady who came was nice and helpful. All in all it was a good place to stay. The location was excellent for us.

Nice room and excellent Staffs

Clean rooms, facilities were good but the front desk lady is despicable. They cut off water supply minutes before a concert causing a 3 hour delay, my friend was caught mid shower and the front desk lady was super unprofessional and rude about this. Cannot name her because she wasn't wearing a uniform with a name tag, which I now think was on purpose. They did not inform us about the cut, slid a notice with THE WRONG DAY BOLDED OUT 3 HOURS BEFORE CUTTING IT, AND LATER TRIED TO JUSTIFY IT AS A TYPO. DO NOT STAY HERE THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER DECENT OPTIONS

Very friendly and helpful staff throughout my stay. Great location within walking distance to UMD--College Park. My room was clean and comfortable, with a good value for the cost of the stay. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that with the intense humidity of DC area August, the building and rooms had lots of humidity, too. Even with AC running, everything was a little damp (carpet, tile floors) or at least felt that way. Having the breakfast area in smaller, closed-in space (just below the ground floor) was also not ideal, with decreased airflow. I will still stay here again, that level of humidity impacts lots of older building that way.

Staff were friendly and super kind

The room was spacious enough for us, not a lot of noise. I was originally worried about leaving my car in the parking lot but it was just fine. No noise up and down the hallways and the elevators were fast! Breakfast (although it was free) didn’t have that many options, but can’t complain too much about something free.

My husband and I stayed for one night. It was a clean room and the breakfast was pretty good, especially for the rate. We would stay again. The only thing is they didn't have Netflix or anything so being a fire stick or something if you want to stream

Todo muy limpió, el cuarto muy amplio y acogedor.

The hotel and staff were good. The hotel is at a great location unfortunately for me when I booked my room it was supposed to be on the 3rd floor but I was given a room underground with no view at all.

THE ROOM WAS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE I NEVER GOT THE LOCATION OF WHERE BREAKFAST WAS SERVED. I CHECKED OUT AFTER ONE NIGHT AND MOVED TO ANOTHER HOTEL. ALSO THEY CHARGED ME $18.00 A DAY TO PARK MY OWN CAR A CHARGED THAT I DID NOT KNOW ABOUT. AGAIN LEFT ONE NIGHT EVEN THOUGH I WAS CHARGED FOR TWO NIGHTS.

1st floor hallway smelled musty and felt damp. Room had both wall A/C-heater and separate dehumidifier which should tell you something. All night I could hear what I assume was the condensation dripping from the units above mine and landing on the window sill causing an irritating sound all night. The bed was so worn out I had to sleep across it side ways with my feet hanging off in order to get comfortable. I’ve always found Holiday Inn Express well maintained, but not this one.
