Room was very clean. At this point the stairs should be a main focus for staff. Everything else was as should be.

Kayla at the front desk has the most disrespectful and dismissive disposition. She is not helpful at all and extremely rude. I would not recommend this hotel as long as she is a staff member. Kayla should be fired and fined for her disgusting attitude and lack of human decency. FIRE HER IMMEDIATELY!!!

Room was clean & staff were friendly. Breakfast was good; regular hotel breakfast so it was perfect to start the day. Convenient location. About a 10 min ride to the metro so it was easier for us to get into DC. Be prepared to do a lot U-Turns if you need to turn left. Only “major” complaint but I will be back.

The breakfast was horrible. Very bland and not worth it. We are breakfast elsewhere

Room was clean. One elevator out of service and the other was past due of its inspection. Free breakfast was mid at best. Do better please Holiday Inn

I like the hotels location. The breakfast is great and the beds are confortable. The gym is a plus Price was too high for this class, Hotel. The room floors are dirty.

Very clean, beds are amazing I slept great, staff was friendly, breakfast had a lot of selections well stocked. No coffee makers in room, we spoke with front desk, she explained how policy had changed did not offer one ,,

There were 2 elevators in the hotel and 1 of them was broken the entire time we were there, which was during UMD graduation week, so there were a lot of guests at the hotel. There was a Keurig coffee machine in the room, which was nice, but everyday I would have to go down to the front desk to ask for coffee and cups. I don't understand why the cleaning people didn't leave those items each day, because they were in our room everyday. The bathroom was clean and nice. The mattress was comfortable. There was plenty of parking at the hotel, but they still charge $6 a day for parking. The free breakfast was very good.
