Zero stars do not recommend

The room given to us had a bag of trash, and the beds were not made. We were given a dirty room and were told that was the only room available.

The room was full of cockroaches.

We just needed a place to stay over. The room was ok, you get what you paid for.

I like that the property was by a lot of food places. I didn’t like the fact when yu first walk into the room it smelled bad. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, you could also tell the floors hadn’t been swept or mopped. Also there was roaches.

The location to my event was really close and convenient. The first room they gave me bedbugs and I got at least 8 bite and only sat on the bed. There were dead creatures roaches, grasshoppers, etc in the corners and in the tub.

I really enjoyed the use of the facilities, such as the laundry wash and dryer, the morning coffee, the easy accessibility to my room, the safe environment, and the location near the main road and where the buses stop. The management and staff were also accommodating, very courteous, caring, and assisted me in moving around and ensuring my comfort in the property during my stay. The refrigerator was excellent. The bathtub, the toilet and the accessories were also very much in excellent condition. The room service thoroughly cleaned by place whenever I am out. The front desk also let me know whenever a package from an order purchase arrived as soon as it did. The AC works fine even if turned on all day. The multinational maintenance staff also replenished my towels and toilet paper, which were abundant, everyday. The location is also central, near places like Gold's Gym, Target, HEB, and other eating places and bus stops to other points, located as the motel is along South Texas Avenue. There is also accessibility to reliable cab service if needed be. There is also parking space, if you are renting a vehicle during your stay. A part of the pool (the 6 feet) was too deep for Asian overseas travelers like me. Also, room service takes place always after 9 am, and so as a generally late riser (with exceptions), I have had to watch for that. Also, sometimes, there are outsiders who for some reason tend to loiter outside in the parking garage. And the coffee availability really ends only at 10 am.
