The reservations were canceled, over booked

BUGS on bed!!!! Dead bugs on floor, underbed, behind headboard, burn holes in seats, smell of cigarettes

Upon arrival, I checked in and paid, and asked what the pool hours were. I was told, "Oh the pool is closed." I said, "I'm here with three grandchildren for a fun weekend. That's disappointing." He replied, "Well you can speak to the manager. He'll be back on Monday." I said, "As I check out on Sunday that's no help to me. I booked what I was told was a "suite" - two queens and a couch, sleeps five. (I specified two adults and three kids, and it asked their ages.) When we went to our "suite" it was two beds and a desk. No place for a fifth person to sleep. I went back to the office to inquire and he said, "We don't have suites here." The room was run-down, towels had stains, lamps had cobwebs, and tub was kind of gross. Lastly, on Saturday we went out for a few hours. When we came back housekeeping had been there - they made one bed but not the other, and didn't give us any fresh towels. First and last time I will ever book a Days Inn. I thought it was a good deal (price), but clearly you get what you pay for. Not worth it.

Out dated. Needed maintenance.

Floor above us was creaky and kept us up all night. Blood on one of the bed sheets, room was very hot and the a/c did not work. Room was indeed stanky.

WC was not cooling properly. Room was hot and stuffy. Didn't get towels restock when housekeeping went in room. Ice buck was dirty. Fridge was broken.

Had a homeless couple approach me in the parking lot upon my arrival, asking me to get them a room for the night.
