Very convenient

We stayed in the King Suite and there was plenty of room. The room was cool enough. I did find out it is a green property so the hallways don’t have a/c - that was interesting but once I understood why the hallways were so hot it was okay - the rooms were cool enough.

Our room was fine, some age in bathroom where water from the shower must gotten on the wall. The halls were very steamy as well as the elevator . Went to get ice, but no ice in the ice machine. Breakfast was your typical hotel Breakfast. Not bad but not great. We would stay there again.

While it presents well upon arrival, the room itself left us lacking. The bed’s mattress was uncomfortable and noisy. It felt like coils were poking our back all night. Iron/ironing board are by request but there is no one to get it to you. The hotel has a skeleton staff and interactions with various staff prove to me that service has suffered. One staff was blatantly rude. I would avoid if you have any other options.

What a beautiful hotel. It was open, light and airy feeling when you first walk in. The room was great with that same light feeling. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked well. All in all a fantastic stay. I will definitely stay here again.

La reservación se hizo desde el 13 de Mayo para el 14 de Agosto por 3 noches. Al llegar nos dieron un cuarto ADA, Cuando pregunté les dije que yo había hecho mi reserva en cuarto regular no ADA, contestaron que era lo único que tenían disponible, pero por eso hice mi reserva 3 meses antes, ese baño es muy incómodo para nosotros, me dijeron que hablara con el Gerente, que llegaba al día siguiente, al día siguiente la chica me dijo que no había opción, que no tenían y aparte que como la había hecho por medio de expedía era un tercero que hablara con expedía y que el gerente no llegaba hasta el lunes y ese mismo día me di cuenta que el hotel cambió la información de mi reserva como si si fuera ADA, cuando antes no lo era. Las chicas de la recepción con una actitud nada empatía por lo que nos tuvimos que resignar a estar 3 noches con nuestras cosas en el piso porque en el baño no había donde ponerlas. Hablé a expedía y no me pudieron resolver tampoco nada

The room and staff were amazing. Some of the best we’ve experienced in Bryan/college station. The breakfast left a lot to be desired- we saw only scrambled eggs and potatoes with a few bread varieties to toast. No yogurts or fruit, no bacon or sausage. Even so we would for sure come back to stay at this property.

The air conditioning kind of worked but only in public areas. Hallways were hot and humid. We were at the start of the 3rd day of a day stay and problems accelerated. No hot water in the shower and unclear answer on resolution. We ended up enduring this for 2 more days as they said they would not let us checkout and get refund on future days and continued to say the problem was to be fixed in hours. After getting Booking.com involved they let us checkout but refused to refund future days nor give a refund for 3 mornings without shower. This is criminal mis-management. Wyndham Corporate was not a help.

Clean room , great staff good parking.

A few parking spots, so it was just a bit inconvenient, the hallways were dirty, the carpet also, and uncomfortable smells when walking through them, the room also had a weird chemical smell whenever I would enter, the room was okay though because it was like an apartment.

Location. Building was good condition. Beds were comfortable. Shower pressure good. Booked the room for 6 nights, 5 days. Housekeeping did not clean our room at all. Thought we would come back after very long days to a clean room at least once - mid week. Found out at the end of our stay that the Guest has to ask for room service. I thought if you don’t put out the do not disturb sign, that is a clue that guest wants room service. Especially if staying for 5 days. A mid week cleaning would have been nice. Also, breakfast was terrible! We could only make it for breakfast on last morning of our stay. Got down there about 8:30-8:45 and hardly anything was left! And they weren’t refilling anything. So disappointed.

Problems with lighting and not enough bed sheets and pillows.

We have stayed at the Wyndham many times! Its always great, highly recommended!!
