Very clean, lovely decor, friendly staff, good breakfast, nice swimmingpool, good beds. Breakfast was good but could be a bit more choice (for example normal cheese)

Very clean welcoming staff and beautiful hotel. Good breakfast and overall very pleased with our stay. Very clean, free parking on site , safe , close to the airport .

Bathroom. I am ot sure if in 2026 we can have a hotel bathroom where the wc and bath area are separated by actually wall and requires 2 separate doors to enter.

Strategic for Disneyland The room was incredibly small for 4. Sufficiently cleaned but with a lot of room for improvement. Bathroom definitely claustrophobic

Everything is clean, comfortable, efficient. The staff are always nice and the breakfast is phenomenal. The free parking and the ease to and from the freeway is ideal. Great place for kids as well. Our shower didn’t get very hot and the shower head kept sliding down on the pole. Small issue that usually doesn’t occur when we have stayed there before.

It wasnt as clean as we wished. The toilet seat had noticible stains.

Location and staff. The things why I booked were not true , like I booked the rooms at this hotel at this high price because of pool but the pool was closed and their wasn’t any basic facilities provided in the rooms like slippers, toothpaste, milk powder pouches etc. and also when in the morning I asked for free breakfast for my kids they said it is only free if the adults also taking breakfast for €20/per person, this thing wasn’t explained when I booked online for this high price.

It's conveniently located near Disney and Paris if you're driving. They also have a nice bar with good beer, making it a great spot to relax. This Novotel chain hotel offers basic amenities and a modest breakfast. Overall, it feels like you could get more value for the price you pay.

Price It was crz There is problem in air condition immediately after i checked in two rooms connected so once i enter the room i found one of the room are very hot The amazing things that i approached to reciption and the stuff informed me this is what we had if you want we can offer you fan !!! However the area manager offer me a refund which was amazing for me at that moment.

we arrived to the hotel and it was 39 degrees ourside.. the room air-conditioning was very bad and the room wasn't cold..we had hard time to sleep because of the air-conditioning

I like everything except the location in relation to the city center. So far.

Parking, facilities. Bit out-dated, and no air exhaust in the toilet. The main reception was closed, had to go thru side doors, it had no ramp only stairs so it was really difficult to bring the bags up onto the hotel floor

The hotel and staff are decent, proximity to Disney land and shampooing is great. Rooms are small and old, they need a refresh.
