Tulip Hotels & Residences – Marne-la-Vallee Torcy

Had interconnecting rooms and they were clean and comfortable. Perfect location for Paris and Disneyland and had everything we need The air con didn’t work and after having 2 people looking at it we ended up with fans as no one could get it working. The interconnecting rooms was slightly annoying as there was so many doors blocking the actual interconnecting door

Location near to a shopping mall and the RER A station which takes you to disneyland within a few stops

Maybe a fridge in the room would be convenient.

Location was near carrefour but not that great other than that Reception staff he only smile and talk nice to locals whenever we asked about checkin he was rude and replied always its at 3pm etc

Near the train station and the value for money The hallway was not lit up when you exit the elevator. We were not instructed that you need to switch on the lights near the elevator and we used our cellphone as light to find our way.

Great location close to the train station for ease of access to central Paris and Disney. Carrefour across the road and a large area of restaurants / bars next to the train station Free parking Room was spacious and clean but dated.

Location Room was having more dust and restrooms are not as expected.

The staff at reception very helpful and happy Breakfast awful staff the same no milk no orange juice no cutlery when I asked we Waited about 15 for the man to get another person to get it ..Out of a party of eight only two got pancakes again this was before 8 and there was no more came out .There was no water in the fridge the price was outrageous for what we got and needless to say we didn’t have breakfast there the rest of our stay

Close to the train station. 3 stops from Disneyland and easy commute and connection for city centre with an hour Clean and comfortable rooms Close to shopping centre with plenty of shops including Carrefour supermarket to pick up essentials I would have liked a small fridge in the room as it was a hot weekend and could have done with storing cold drinks When I asked if breakfast was included I was told no but this didn’t lead to anymore information if I wanted to have breakfast eg giving costs/times etc etc however these are minor criticisms

Cheap and cheerful. Small but fine for one night. Beds were a little uncomfy.

Everything service was supperb and very friendly staff.

Low quality, every day some machine like juice,yogurt was out of order or missing food. Not much variety of food. We where there for 3 nights, we had to change room 2 times due to problems with rooms(not our fault) Low quality of food, low quality of room, bad cleaning, Low quality of furniture(sofa,beds,shower,wardrobe) Bad smell in room number 2. Everything felt dirty and worn down. 2 times cleaners walked into room while we there there even though they were not supposed to clean room unless asked to. Water fountain didn't work so we had to buy water bottle from them for 5 euro. One receptionist was more interested in watching his phone than paying attention to guests.

Airco did not work. So room was warm with 3 persons.

Location is great for shopping, access to restaurants and a short drive to Disneyland paris Breakfast was shocking. There was not much choice of warm food. Constantly having to ask if they can bring more food out as they had none available.

Good location if you want to visit Disneyland. The hotel was dirty and poorly managed. Staff are terrible. Some of the receptionists were very unhelpful and rude. The room was dirty and uncomfortable, full of hair on the floor, and inside the bath... service was poor.The quality of the doors was not good. not safe. The hotels need completely renovation in all aspects. Overall, we did not enjoy our stay.
