Great location for train to Paris and to Disneyland. Free parking on site added to the great value. Breakfast was good. Room clean. Staff excellent. Unfortunately, loud noise from street outside late until evening.

The bed was very comfortable and the sheets felt nice. In the hotel lobby there is a snack machine we loved it. You could also buy water from the reception. The workesr are young and were very nice to us. The location is great. The soundproof from the rooms next to us were not so good we could also hear things from outside the building. Sometimes we got towels with big stains on them. In the shower there is only shampoo and shower gel but no conditioner... The room is very small if you go with big suitcases it will block your way.

The local resident on property. The breakfast options.

Very well located near Disneyland Paris. The breakfast was excellent and very reasonably priced. The shower water pressure was also great. The basic rooms could be better equipped, with a mini-fridge for example. Also, room service only left one roll of toilet paper in the room, and some towels were torn. Nothing that ruined the experience, just something to be improved.

Room dirty, shower was broken, staff not friendly and not helping. Reception wouldn't help me as I tried to get water for my pregnant wife from the broken machine! This is a no go

The rooms are too small, the hygiene is not at a satisfactory level, the pillows are terrible, and the TV is not a smart TV.

comfortable room, perfect for the night.

Good location close to the RER train which makes it easy to get to Paris (30 minutes ride) or Disneyland Paris (7 minute ride). Bed was comfortable, shower was decent. They don’t switch on the Air Conditioning after summer so the room was quite warm and stuffy which made for an uncomfortable sleep, the old man in the concierge rudely told me to just open the windows and their windows are not designed to be opened lightly cause they’re a one panel large format so you really had to open the whole thing wide which let in mosquitoes and smell of oil from the nearby restaurants. I just think it’s ridiculous that they don’t allow you the option of air conditioning. The WiFi was really really horrible as well I was barely able to use it or connect to it, it was just very slow.

Loved the location, really near the RER station and three stops from Disneyland. 5 minutes from the mall and supermarket! Also the hotel was really clean. The bathroom has really good sanitary ware, so much quality. Appreciated the soap inside the bathroom, and the kettle with some tea selection. Price was right! Recommend ! From the outside it seems like a bad location. Oh, there is no bidet in the bathroom , like the 98% of structures in France .

Clean comfortable room with a nice bathroom, and air conditioning.

Great location, near several restaurants, near the train station which could take you to Paris or Disney, there's also a large mall on the opposite side of the road, so very convenient if you're with friends/partner/family. Beds weren't very comfy, only one pillow made available and room is quite small not enough space for two suitcases, but still it's good value for the amount you're paying especially if you don't really spend much time in the room.

The bathroom is quite spacious and well decorated. Big parking lot which is free. Good transport links to Paris(Metro station 5 mins away) Massive food complex next door with different restaurants. THE ROOM IS ACTUALLY TINY. The room is probably the same size and the image display on your phone. There was no room to even open our 20kg suitcase. The decor is outdated and the Tv is extremely small and extreme high. absolutely recommend if you are staying for longer than one night to upgrade your room to the suite if you have the money to, we upgraded and the suite rooms are really nice. Cleanliness: the cleanliness was mid, it was cleanish but there was hairs on the bed and we asked for Two more pillows and were given One which was dingy and stained yellow. then were told by staff they were going to bring a pillow case to our room. They did not. Staff: Night were very polite and helpful, especially when we were moving rooms. They even let us have a look at the room before moving.

It was close to the metro station. A 2 minute walk away. We stayed here to go to Disneyland. It was literally 2 metro stops away and really worth saving on hundreds and hundreds of pounds. Also into the capital it was a 23 minute metro journey, which again we had no issue with doing! You may not realise from the photos, but it is really a box room. Just a room with a bed squeezed in. Since it’s just to stay in for the night to be out all day in Paris in, we had no problem with it.

I stay at this hotel when I drive to Paris as it has free parking and is very conveniently located next to the Torcy RER train station. The trip into central Paris Châtelet-les-Halles takes 30 minutes. The hotel is within a shopping and cinema zone and there are some great restaurants. The hotel itself is clean and modern. My room was small but comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided. The bathroom is excellent. The staff were very nice.

Location next to RER train line was great. Felt a bit rough and dirty around the hotel, lots of people congregating in the carpark every evening shouting and arguing - a little off putting when you’re staying there with children!
-
Basic but functional. Clean, affordable with a good breakfast and excellent transport links. Particularly for Disneyland. Also, good food options nearby. Beds and rooms are a little on the small side and not particularly comfortable.
