Improve on cleaning and breakfast is too expensive!

The room smelt of smoke The receptionist was rude The breakfast wasn’t worth the money The parking is non existent and they only have ten free spots that are gone if you are not there early and then they have 25 paid parking that you have to book in advance and these parking spaces are very small so if you have anything bigger than a Yaris “good luck” so the advertised “with parking” is false it should state the parking available is very limited The floors in the bedroom were dusty under foot

Nothing The man behind the desk was rude The receptionist was rude There was not enough parking so you have to park ages away in a place that does not feel safe to leave your car The breakfast is not great it is very basic The corridors smell of smoke The rooms are extremely basic Over priced for what you get

Decent hotel in an excellent location. The staff were very nice and helpful. it was misleading as there was no proper air conditioning. Our room also smelled like smoke even though it was advertised as non-smoking, and only one pillow per person was provided. Overall, an okay stay but could be more comfortable.

Very close to the Torcy station, from the station easy access to Paris centre. There is also a big supermarket nearby. It is just a mile away from main highway if we go from Germany, able to avoid messy traffic to Paris. These are actually the reasons for me to choose this hotel when I go to Paris. Nothing. We all know this hotel has nothing inside the room, so if you prepare and bring everything you need, everything is perfect.

There was a bad smell in the bathroom and the tv didn’t work in the room

Clean room, good staff & receptionist, great location (very near station). Tiny room (will annoy you if you have a lot of luggage mainly). No kettle in room to be able to do hot drinks whenever needed. But both mainly did not affect our stay or comfort.

experience -Affordable -friendly staff -clean -good location - way too cold in the room in January, turning heat up did not help much because the Windows don't have a good insulation - check-in time is now at 2pm, if you want to check in earlier it's 15€ extra - luggage storage is free, but not very secure

Unfortunately this time the cleanliness of the room wasn't as good as usual

Price, location (15 min by car to Disneyland), 10 min walking to train station. Mall and supermarkets at walking distance Snacks and beverages availability (the machine was broken)

Location, near to Disney land, near to the metro and Carefor, cozy value for the price, comfortable bed. No towels very old No phone in the room to contact the reception No kettle for hot water, tea or coffee No hair dryer

Near RER which goes directly to disney Showers are very good and have shower gel and shampoo but no air hood so it can get dangerously steamy without any air No kettle, no coffee The paid coffee machine in the reception dispensed just milk without a drop of coffee, when i asked for a refund, they said the machine is not theirs. Asked for 1 hour late check out and they strictly rejected without apologies or reasons (almost rudely)

Super nice hotel, they helped me extend the hotel multiple nights in a row.

Great location, 3 minutes walk from the train station (10 minutes ride to Disney). Hotel was clean, parking was free and easy. Breakfast was adequate. Had a fantastic Vietnamese restaurant across the street. I would stay there again.

Location is good It was just a low budget hotel

It was the perfect location for visitors to the parks with a very short ride to and from Disney, and right next to the train station.

Clean, good cost, close to restaurants. Would have liked more pillows and some hand towels. The soap container is hard to press, not a good idea especially for older people or those that have arthritis, so not user friendly. No conditioner, no telephone…

Best location, close to some establishments, great staff, spacious rooms.

Clean and functional rooms. No parking available when arriving at 10pm. No tea making facilities in the room. Noisy trains given close proximity to the RER station and poor noise insulation.
