Hotel Frejus

Great all 3. Nothing. Priuce has gone up a little bit.

Property was fairly quiet. This is a bare bones hotel. Breakfast was awful, especially for being in Italy. All package items of crackers and cookies, very few pastries. Fruit was spoiled. Cheese was in a plastic wrapper and discusting by the time I unwrapped it--uneditable. Very few slivers of turkey and salami. No fridge in room.

Breakfast :( in December cold mornings, there isn t a single warm option like an omlette or at least warm boiled egg. Primarily the breakfast is sweet. Only salty option were cold eggs,cheese and salami which we didn t always find. No veggies at all.

It's a very nice hotel and great value for money. The staff wee all very pleasant and welcoming. The hotel was very clean

The hotel is out of town but close to the metro station. It takes about 20 mins to arrive downtown. The parking is convenient for those traveling by car. Our room quality was low compared to the price. The heating in our bedroom was off (while the bathroom one was on) in the cold of December. I had read a similar comment from someone else, which means the hotel doesn't even pay attention to customer complaints. The window blinds were broken. The main door's frame was detached, with nails hanging, causing potential harm, especially to children. Looks like the hotel only cleans the rooms but doesn't give importance to maintenance. The breakfast is rich but mainly in sweet stuff. Could be improved with better quality and variety of cheese, ham, and bread, and with a warm serving of eggs. The hotel provides free parking but is not guarded during the night when the reception is closed.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was good for our needs. The size of the room was good, and also that of the bathroom. The room was freezing cold. The heater was clearly broken. When I told the staff about it, they turned the air conditioning on. The room became much warmer, but the noise was very loud and it was difficult to sleep. We could hear a lot of noise from the corridor and from the ajacent room. The beds were very soft and uncomfortable. The first evening the shower was very good, but the next one I could only get lukewarm water. Hot water was good again the next morning.
