Location was perfect and hotel was quiet despite central location. Staff were helpful with looking after our luggage once checked out and offering advice on the city Room was very warm and we didn't want to open the windows as on the ground floor on the street side

Great location, secure parking and fantastic breakfast. Bit confusing checking in! The regimented breakfast timings was a bit odd but the breakfast itself was fantastic.

Very cozy hotel. Access, information, and accommodation were met. We were able to leave our luggage there as well, which is so convenient when arriving and eager to go back out to eat or enjoy Köln a bit before check-in at 15:00. Breakfast was extra special with unique options and the availability to order fresh eggs and ham. Lovely. Location from and to the Rhein /Dom/ City are a stride away. Be sure that when leaving the train station to exit the station in the direction of the backside of the main station. This is where the latter train platforms are, for example, 11 and 12. This is the closest exit to the hotel. We did spot some rats in the back hof on the roof. Apparently this city has a rat problem.

Very nice staff, beautiful rooms, very neat and clean, delicious wide variety breakfast and location No upfront information that the address of stay and address of reception are on oposite ends of street, so walking back and forth with lugages wasnt fun… and the door locks come with next level instructions…and room maintenance just felt comfortable to walk in without request or knockin on door…

It was beautifully designed and laid out and instructions to get there without staff was great and the honesty bar downstairs was an incredible concept and cheap There was no air-conditioning in the room and it was very very hot, but they did put a fan in the room which helped

Staff and breakfast were exceptional. Thanks for not taking our cheese. Rooms got a little hot at times but manageable.

We enjoyed a stay here before and after our river cruise. It was convenient for the train station and the embarkment point for the cruise; and close to restaurants and shops. The room was clean and as described.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly . Also the breakfast was really nice . The rooms were quite small. I get the old fashioned style but having a huge wooden desk in my room didnt help a lot . The biggest downside was not having warm water at a later afternoon shower I did . In other rooms they had though . It is a decent hotel overall but I had to mention these .

The breakfast was fantastic and the service was attentive. The room was dated but clean and comfortable. The location is unbeatable. I could not have imagined it would be so quiet.
