The location was excellent, staff was very friendly, and they offered on-site parking (must reserve ahead of time). The Family Room was huge, comfortable, and clean. We loved it! The toilet was a little hard to flush

Our room was very comfortable, with great beds and a nice bathroom. The location right by the train station is extremely convenient, an easy walk to the cathedral and old town area. Breakfast was excellent. Window opens to manage the temperature and air flow. First room was a 'family' room and the two twin beds were separated. The room was spacious and had a couch bed for kids, but felt quite plain and unattractive. Second room was much nicer. The showers in both rooms had dirty grout, and need a good deep cleaning. Curtain design is poor, cannot use curtains with the window open. No temperature control in the room.

Surprisingly quiet at night, Really easy walk from the main train station. Good value for the money, compared to other places nearby. They were able to provide 3 beds, Wi-fi didn't work initially. Staff was helpful (though not super fast) in getting it resolved. Really small/old lift. Room was pretty tiny. Hair dryer didn't work. Though not an issue for us, we noticed the fridge didn't work. Fairly loud area, with frequent fire truck sirens during the day. Area looked pretty run down

Almost perfect for the value, cozy, 5mn walk away from the station, friendly staff, well heated. No additional blanket or pillow, but that is very minor.

Just the water bottle included didn’t have still Wasser or we can’t change it. Some people doesn’t drink water with Kohlensäure so I would suggest to have some options.

Noise from hallway and other rooms was noticeable, which didn't bother us but might bother others.

The large bed was comfortable. It felt like 1985. A real key. The room was very odd, and our kids basically had two cots to sleep on with very thin mattresses. The toilet didn’t flush well at all.

Location is why we picked the property. It’s walkable from the train station. It’s kind of dark going there by foot with lots of homeless people along the way.
